First opened in the 1970s in Marana, AZ by William Edward Shaw, better know as “Big Bill”

It’s now managed by William Donovan Shaw, referred to as “Little Bill”

William Cade Shaw, who we sometimes affectionately call “Baby Bill” gets to learn and work alongside.

We try not to take for grated how unbelievably lucky we are to have access to the generational knowledge and equipment that this place embodies.

The traditional Shaw Clan motto is "Fidelity and Fortitude" and I think it is funny just how apt a description that still is. Despite the heat this place is alive with action and practically swarming with Shaws.

I will never get over how cool it is that Cade and I get to work on these creative projects together and spend meaningful time with 3 sometimes 4 generations of kin, learning, chatting, eating, joking and trying to earn a living all at the same time.
